Maman & Moi: the new shop, as a mock-up

Three pages of the planned shop, built from the design kit so you can click through them on a phone or a computer. Nothing here talks to her real shop: the cart is pretend and lives only in this browser.

The photos and logo are hers, from her current site; pictures tagged “AI generated” are AI-generated on her site too. Her story portrait, process photos and own words are still to come. Anything in [square brackets] is a placeholder for her to fill in.

The three new ideas

  1. "My baby is 8 months old, which size?"

    On the Summer Baby Sleep Sack page, just above the sizes.

    1. Open Not sure? Tell us the age.
    2. Try 8 months: one size fits. Try 9: it says the baby is between two sizes.
    3. Press Choose and the size is picked for you.

  2. "We kept your cart"

    For a mother who lost signal, or put the phone down to feed the baby. When she comes back later, the shop says her cart is still there.

    1. The real rule: she comes back in a new visit, more than 10 minutes after she last changed her cart.

  3. "Order by [date] to arrive before the baby shower"

    On the Summer Baby Sleep Sack page, under the delivery line.

    1. Read the line that says when Pudo usually delivers if she orders today.
    2. Open Need it by a date? and pick the day of the shower.
    3. It counts working days, skipping weekends and public holidays, and says the last day to order. Pick tomorrow to see what happens when it's too soon.
