Sleep Sacks

A sleep sack is a wearable blanket. Every Maman & Moi sleep sack is handmade in Hartbeespoort with a sleeveless design, which lets heat escape and helps your baby regulate their temperature. It is a safe alternative to loose blankets, for babies from birth or once they outgrow swaddling (around 3 months). Its consistent feel is also a sleep cue that helps with sleep training. Choose by warmth. The Muslin sleep sack (0.5 TOG) is one layer of muslin for hot nights and afternoon naps. The Summer sleep sack (1.0 TOG) has two layers of soft cotton for summer nights when the early morning dips. The Fleece sleep sack (1.5 TOG) has a fleece lining with a breathable cotton outside, for autumn evenings and changing seasons. The Winter sleep sack (2.5 TOG) has a cotton outer, a cotton lining and a thick batting layer for the coldest winter nights. [Room temperatures from Claire's chart.]

Choose the size by age. XS fits 0 to 6 months and is 74 cm long, S fits 6 to 9 months (82 cm), M 9 to 12 months (88 cm), L 12 to 18 months (97 cm) and XL 18 to 24 months (102 cm). There is also a +24 months size. [A line from Claire on how often new prints arrive]
